Scope of Work
Additive Manufacturing
Our most versatile offering is Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing in Nylon 12. Our Formlabs Fuse 1 and Fuse 1+ printers are capable of producing high quality, strong parts suitable for end use. Many of our customers are replacing traditional plastics processes, such as injection molding, with 3D printed parts because the process allows for dramatically shorter lead times, low startup costs, and the creation of difficult or even otherwise impossible to manufacture features and geometry.
We specialize in medium to high volume, bar fed CNC turning. Our SMART NL2000BSY CNC lathe can produce parts in a single operation from up to 2.5” diameter bar stock in a wide variety of materials. Typically, we are most cost-effective in quantities of 50 pieces or more, and we have experience delivering thousands of parts with just a few weeks of lead time.

Finishing
We offer media blasting, vibratory tumbling, Cerakote, and powder coating. Our 3D prints can be Cerakoted for extra surface toughness, bright colors, and improved mechanical properties.
Laser Marking
We can laser mark and deep engrave on most inorganic and opaque materials! Our 60W MOPA fiber laser excels at marking on anodized aluminum, steel, stainless, and a variety of plastics. We can produce full greyscale markings on clear anodized aluminum, as well as crisp white and black marks on most other metals. A wide range of colors is even possible on certain alloys of stainless steel.
Design
We can help you take your idea from a napkin sketch to a finished part. While most of our work is Design For Manufacturing (DFM) feedback for our clients, we can also provide turnkey, end-to-end product design and production solutions.
